    Allow the pastry to thaw following the package instructions

    Unroll the puff pastry delicately

    Cut the pastry in half

    Whisk the egg with a fork and brush it over the entire pastry

    Place the grated mozzarella only on one half and sprinkle chopped parsley on top

    <p>Fold the pastry in half and press it a bit. If you want, roll it with a rolling pin to the cheese and parsley stick together</p>
