5 tbsp of Butter 3.5 oz (100 g)
1 cup of Sugar 6.3 oz (180 g)
3 units of Eggs
1 cup of All-Purpose Flour 4.2 oz (120 g)
3-4 units of Apple chopped21.2 oz (600 g)
1 cup of Oats thin rolled2.8 oz (80 g)
Cinnamon power to taste
1 tbsp of Baking Powder 0.53 oz (15 g)

In a mixer, place the butter and sugar and beat until whitened

<p>Add the eggs one at a time while beating</p>

When homogeneous, add the all-purpose flour and beat on low speed just until everything is mixed, quickly to avoid activating gluten

Then add the chopped apples, rolled oats, and cinnamon powder and stir a little more

Finally, add the baking powder

<p>Pour into a greased and sugared 8.66-inch (22 cm) diameter central hole cake pan</p>

<p>Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200ºC) for about 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick test comes out clean</p>
