1 and 1/2 cup Sweet Manioc Starch 5.82 oz (165 g)

1/2 cup Sour Manioc Starch1.94 oz (55 g)

8.82 oz of Mozzarella Cheese chopped (250 g)

1 and 1/2 tsp Salt 0.25 oz (7 g)

1 tsp Baking Powder 0.18 oz (5 g)

2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese grated 0.71 oz (20 g)


INSTRUÇÕES

    <p>Put the eggs, milk, oil, sweet manioc starch, sour manioc starch, mozzarella cheese, and salt in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes</p>

    Add the baking powder and mix with an egg beater

    <p>Distribute in silicone molds for muffin, filling about 3/4 of each mold</p>

    <p>Finish by sprinkling the grated parmesan cheese on top</p>

    Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C) and bake for about 30 minutes

    If you want to use an air fryer, set it to 320°F (160°C) and cook for about 20 minutes
