    In a pan, combine the popcorn kernels, sugar, water, and oil, and mix well.

    <p>Cover the pan tightly and place it over high heat. If using a stovetop popcorn maker pan, just keep stirring. If making with a regular pan, shake it.</p>

    After about 6-8 minutes, the water will have evaporated, and the first kernels will start to pop.

    From this point on, lower the heat a bit to prevent burning and keep stirring constantly. Remember, if using a regular pan, you need to shake it a bit off the heat.

    When the popping sound slows down, remove the pan from heat.

    Quickly pour the popped corn onto a large baking sheet to cool.

    After this time, use gloves to separate the popped corn and remove any unpopped kernels.

    <p>Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals (if using noble chocolate, tempering technique is needed).</p>
