INSTRUÇÕES

  • Filling

    In a saucepan off the heat, combine condensed milk and egg yolk and mix

    Add coconut milk and grated coconut, then heat over medium heat while stirring constantly

    Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and continue stirring for just 1 minute after it boils

    Turn off the heat and transfer to a plate

    <p>Cover with plastic wrap in contact and let it cool to room temperature</p>

  • Chocolate Shell

    Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals (CAUTION: If using high-quality chocolate, tempering may be required. Here's a video link I made on the subject: https://cknj.com.br/149

    Take the BWB 9436 mold and fill it with chocolate up to the marking

    Tap the mold on the counter to remove air bubbles from the chocolate

    Place the other 2 parts of the mold, press slightly

    Refrigerate for about 5 minutes or until the mold turns whitish

    <p>Remove the excess of the chocolate around the mold and carefully unmold</p>

    Repeat the process with all the chocolate

    Heat a metal surface for about 10-20 seconds over the stove flame and take one side of the spheres

    Press until it melts a little and sticks to the other side
