Topping

5.3 oz of Chopped semi-sweet chocolate(150g)

3.5 oz of Cream(100g)


INSTRUÇÕES

  • Mousse

    In a bowl, place the grated dry coconut and hydrate it with hot water and set aside for 10 minutes.

    After, add the condensed milk, cream and coconut milk and mix them very well.

    Meanwhile, beat the cold whipped cream in the mixer

    Beat it on low speed for about 3 minutes until it forms waves, the texture of the whipped cream

    Add half the coconut cream to the whipped cream and mix it
